On the Ground:
Air China departs Singapore Airport from Terminal 1. Economy Check-in is in Row 12 whilst Business class check in is behind Row 4 with an own Check-in Lounge.
There were no queues for check-in. Staff wasn't really friendly and they were not motivated at all. The agent assigning you a check in position was rather rude.

No queues at emigration. We could use the automated gates.

Air China uses the SATS lounge in Singapore which is located in the middle of terminal 1.
The quality and choice of hot food was ok this time. Last time was much better.
You could get drinks and cold snacks at the bar section. The lounge is big in size and there is enough space to sit. As we had to wait 4 hours we realized how loud the lounge actually is.

Changi Airport still has the old closed-in gates. Boarding was set for 23:15. We were at the gate at the indicated time. Passing the security checkpoint took us around 5 minutes. No priority lanes available.

After security you are boarded into the lounge. Staff was friendly and efficient. From the lounge boarding is basically opening the doors and let everyone board. Priority boarding was conducted and checked by an agent.

The crew was super present and friendly whilst boarding.
Welcome drinks (champagne, juice, water) and newspapers were distributed as well as the menu and wine list for dinner.
The seats were already equipped with slippers and headsets.
Amenity kits were distributed together with the water bottles during the waiting time on the tarmac.

Inflight:
This Airbus 350-900 is configured with a 1-2-1 business class. We got our two seats in the middle. The seats are comfortable and enough private space.

Around 30 minutes after take off the cabin crew started with the service.
Some nuts and drinks were served as an aperitif followed by a full-size tray.
The tray was equipped with a first course, the hot meal (choice) as well as some fresh fruits for dessert.
The food looked good and fresh and the crew did an excellent job.

Bathrooms were super clean as the crew checked them after each and every customer.

Once again also on this flight the Cabin Crew was simply stunning, friendly and efficient. They were interacting with the customers and were smiling all the time.
They were super present in the cabin and went again the extra mile.

The inflight entertainment on this Airbus is new and good.
Air China is not really showing current or actual western blockbusters like other airlines do.
But... you have enough choice (around 200 films and series) to survive a longhaul flight.
No WiFi available on this Aircraft.

All in all another great experience with Air China and I would definitely recommend them. Looking forward to the next sector.
