On the Ground:
I checked in at the Kiosk. It took sooo many steps until you had checked in. We had one bag each to be checked. No queues at the bag drop of counter.
No queues at the security check point.

Bangkok Airways offers all passengers Lounge entry into their own lounges. Considering the high amount of passengers the choice of food and drinks is good.

Gate staff was ok and boarding started right on time. Priority boarding was conducted.

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok with a 2/2 seating configuration.

After take off a small cold snack was served on a tray which was almost unbelievable for a 50 minutes flight. The food was nice and delicious.

The cabin crew working the flight was nice and helpful except the senior cabin crew. She was really grumpy and was sitting in the last seat row for the entire flight.

No inflight entertainment system.
No WiFi available.
