On the Ground:
Check-in was super efficient and friendly. There was no queue at all.
Just a short waiting time at security check point and the passport control.

The British Airways lounge has a stunning view over the apron. The interior is nice and new. It has a great atmosphere.
Choice of drinks is good and ok.
The food is rather lousy. When we got into the lounge, the only food was pre packed salty or sweet items, leftover cheese, ham and salami from breakfast. No salads, no hot items.

Gate staff was ok but nothing from the extraordinary. Priority boarding was conducted and the queue was checked to have the correct boarding group.

On board, once we were on, the cabin crew distributed hot towels only. No drinks or water is served prior departure.

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seats remain empty.

After take off a cold meal was served. We even had the choice of either Chicken Cesar salad or grilled vegetables with lentils. I was positively surprised about the quality of food and the service. The food was really nice and delicious.
The crew was charming and did an amazing job.
Such a service during a 45min flight, top.

No inflight entertainment.
No WiFi available.
