On the Ground:
The check in agent was friendly and efficient. There was no queue at the club counter to check in and drop our bags. There was no queue at the security check.
We used the slow Lounge from British Airways in Cape Town.
The choice of drinks is great and the buffet was simply stunning. It looked so fresh and tasty.
Gate staff was friendly, smiling and boarding started even a little ahead of the indicated time.
Boarding is done by zone numbers.
Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The seating configuration is a 3/3.
Leg rest is actually really good. I was able to secure an emergency exit seat so we had some extra legroom.
The cabin crew on this flight was good and the service was actually quite ok.
They served a sandwiches followed by a full bar service. The flight duration was calculated with 1 hour and 40 minutes.
The Aircraft has no Inflight entertainment system.
No WiFi available.
All in all, a good and solid economy product.
