On the Ground:

The check in agent was super friendly and efficient. There was no queue at the Club / Business Class counter and none at the security check.

We visited the slow Lounge from British Airways in Durban.
The choice of drinks is great and the buffet looked stunning. It looked so fresh and colorful.

Gate staff wasn't anything ordinary or exceptional friendly. Boarding started almost at the indicated time.
Boarding is done by zone numbers.

Before take-off, a welcome drink was served and newspapers were distributed

I was amazed when I saw the cabin of this almost 30 years old Airplane from Global International.
It still has its original interior from US Airways which used to be the owner of this plane a long time ago. That means business class was a real business class (old US Airways first class seats. Class divider is still in US colors).
The seats were super comfortable and stunning leg room. The seating configuration is a 2/2.

Inflight:

The cabin crew on this flight was good and the service was nice. The crew was a mix of BA crew for Service/Customer Duties and Global International for Safety relevant duties. Both teams worked well together.

They served an aperitif followed by a hot meal choice on this 1hr 40minutes flight.
The hot meal was delicious.

The seats proofed to be super comfortable.

Bad was that priority baggage was delivered last.

The Aircraft has no Inflight entertainment system.
No WiFi available.

All in all, a great product.
