On the Ground:
Transit in LHR was quite easy.
Short waiting time of around 10 minutes at security check.
The British Airways Galleries lounge is massive in size. Today the atmosphere was much better as on the outbound flight.
Drinks select is good. The food presentation was nice but the quality could be better.
Gate staff was ok but nothing from the extraordinary. Priority boarding was conducted and the queue was checked to have the correct boarding group.
On board, once we were on, the cabin crew distributed hot towels only. No drinks or water is served prior departure.
Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seats remain empty.
After take off a cold meal choice was served. Again I was positively surprised about the quality of the food and the service. The food was really nice and delicious.
The crew was charming and did an amazing job.
Such a service during a 45min flight, top.
No inflight entertainment.
No WiFi available.
