On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and travelled with hand luggage only.
No queues at the security check.
Gate staff was nice and boarding started on time.
As I travelled on a Dash 8 Q400 all bigger carry on bags were labeled at the gate to be stowed in the cargo compartment.
On board, once everyone was on, the cabin crew distributed newspapers and refreshing towels.
Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The seating configuration is a 2/2. Unfortunately Croatia Airlines sells both seats in Business Class. On my flight I had a row for myself so no space issues at
all.
I love to fly on these turbo props as it gives you the feeling of real flying.
The pilots left the seatbelt sign on during the entire flight of 1hr 25minutes. It was not bumpy or turbulent at all. Yes maybe every 10-15 minutes you could feel the wind but bumpy or even turbulent is completely different.
The cabin crew used the seatbelt sign to not do any service on board. They were both sitting in the back galley, drinking and chatting.
No water or anything else was served. I do understand that in case of safety or turbulence they stop or don't do any service but definitely not in this case.
The crew was simply to lazy to do a service. This is a shame for all their colleagues.

It started actually really good with a friendly and attentive cabin crew during boarding but once in the air it became a tragedy.
