On the Ground BRU - GVA
As we were in transit in Brussels and all bags checked through to our final destination we only had to pass emigration as we were leaving the schengen area.
No security check needed for our connecting flight.
All lounges are closed in Brussels as well.
Gate Staff was super friendly, attentive and nice. Priority boarding was conducted and checked by the agents.
Cabin crew was friendly during boarding and present in the cabin.
On board, once everyone was on, the cabin crew distributed water bottles and amenity kits.
A welcome drink consisting of orange juice and champagne was offered.
The seats are comfortable and cozy but rather on the soft side. The seats are set up in a 2 / 2 / 2 configuration and are able to transform in a fully lie flat bed.
The seats were already equipped with noise cancelling ear phones as well as a pillow and blanket.
Inflight BRU - GVA
On this short 50 minutes hop a little salty snack and some drinks were served. There was a refill offered by the crew.
On the Ground GVA - ADD
The stop in Geneva lasted around 1 hour and funny wise the aircraft was catered with some items in GVA and not in BRU.
This seems very strange as the aircraft was sitting on the ramp in Brussels for the entire day but catering exchange is during a short technical stop.
Once the cabin was ready, the passengers joined from Geneva.
Again a welcome drink was served for everyone and the joining customers received their amenity kit.
Inflight GVA - ADD
After take off in Geneva the crew came to take the order for dinner. As this flight would usually not exist, (Geneva usually is in combination with Marseille and Brussels with Vienna) no menu cards were available.
Around 50 minutes after take off the service started.
The hotmeal, a small first course and a bread roll was served on a full size tray. The first course looked tiny and strange but it tastes quite good. The Hotmeal looked good and was ok as it was ways overheated. With the tray a drink service was performed.
Once finished, the tray was collected again and some cheese and/or dessert was served.
It was absolutely sufficient for this 6 hour flight and especially as take off in Geneva was past 11 PM.
Over night the crew wasn't seen often in the cabin. No drink service or anything similar.
Landing was expected for 7AM local time. No drinks or coffee were served prior to landing.
I do not expect a breakfast or anything but on a six hours flight, after 4 hours of sleep a drink would be nice.
The cabin crew on this flight was very friendly and super professional.
Interaction with customers was kept to a minimum but still recognizable and appreciated by the customers.
The in-flight entertainment was good with lots of movies, films and music. Most of them were available in many different languages.
No WiFi available on this aircraft.

All in all a good flight but nothing out of the ordinary. A solid and good business class product which can be recommended.
