On the Ground:
We were able to check in online 3 days prior our departure date.
As we were going to Hamburg for a weekend trip, we were travelling with hand luggage only.
We arrived 40 minutes prior boarding at the parking lot of the airport and 25 minutes prior boarding we were already at the gate, including duty free shopping. Something which in our eyes is only possible at Zurich Airport.
The Security Check as always in Zurich was simply wow. No queue at all and only 1 person in front us.
Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful.

With only 25 minutes to boarding we decided not to visit the lounge.

Staff at the gate was so so. When we arrived at the gate, the agent was having ear plugs in and was on the phone. Before boarding she removed then and was actually super friendly and greeted every passenger. Announcements were okay and priority boarding was conducted.

At the aircraft door we were greeted by the senior cabin crew member. The crew was super friendly and present whilst boarding.

Inflight:
The seats are the regular thin Lufthansa Group seats and ok.The Airbus A319 has a 3/3 seating configuration. The legroom is okay for a short haul aircraft.

Announcement from the cockpit were okay and the announcements from the cabin crew were perfect. Right speed, very clear and understandable.

After take off, the crew started with the first inflight service.
We knew, that with Eurowings in Economy Class you have to pay for the service.
As prices were very reasonable we decided for a Chicken Sandwich and a Coffee. Both items together were sold for 8.00€ Combo price. (compared to Swiss were the Chicken Sandwich alone costs 11.60€)
The quality of the sandwich was good and it was tasty. Presentation was good as well and not on the cheap side.
After the F&B service the crew passed with duty free.
The cabin crew on this flight is as super phenomenal.
Every single cabin crew member was friendly, helpful and interacted with the customers. They had a smile on their face and were going the extra mile.
They showed real passion for what they do.
It is strange to say but the phenomenal crew does not match the low cost inflight product.
The Eurowings Airbus A319 has no airplane inflight entertainment system.
The safety demonstration is dom manually.
Passengers are able to get flight information, magazines and some movies over their wings connect system.
The aircraft has also WiFi but prices ar rather high for an 1 hour flight with 7.90€ for the entire duration of the flight or 3.90€ for a 30 minutes package.
All in all a good flight with Eurowings. A fantastic cabin crew which was to good for a low coster inflight product.
Based on this flight and our experience we would choose them again for future travels.
