On the Ground:
Check-in was very professional and super efficient.
The additional agent at the Business Class lane escorted us to the premium emigration Counter and security checkpoint.
The Lounge was very nice and had a big choice of food and drinks.

The crew was very welcoming during boarding and was super present in the cabin.
They took the time to chat with everyone. Seats were already equipped with amenity kits and slippers. Welcome drinks as well as newspapers were distributed before departure

Inflight:
The crew was simply amazing this time. It was 360 degrees different as on the way to Delhi. (See flight Report AY121).
They were charming, attentive and did everything possible.
Every single one went the extra mile and provided a service with care to details.

The food was nice and the service was much much better. It is a classic service they provide with a full-size tray and some cheese and desert apart.

The seat in Business Class on this Airbus A330 is a fully lay flat seat but nothing of the extraordinary. It is a solid and comfortable product.

All in all this flight was a real pleasure and I would recommend Finnair.
As everywhere the hardware (plane, seat, products etc) is almost the same.
The software (Crew) are the ones who can make a flight a pleasant one or not. We had now both on this travel, a complete flop and a top.
