On the Ground:
Connecting in Helsinki was super easy and convenient. The new Business Class Lounge was amazing and top of the Art. Boarding was smooth.

Inflight:
The crew was present but suuuuper slow and unmotivated. The entire service (Dinner and Breakfast) was not more then premium economy with other carriers.
The purser was never ever seen in the cabin except to welcome a Platinum shortly after boarding.
For a longhaul flight I missed a welcome drink or a water-bottle at the seat after boarding.
It took faaaaaar to long until the main service started. The tray was served 1hr and 35minutes after take off.
I wanted to give up and go to sleep with a flight time of 6hr 30min only. It is a late departure and people are tired.
When the tray came it was almost the same tray we received on shorthaul and in terrible quality.
The lights were turned back on 1hr 30min before landing. Way to early. Breakfast was a prepacked unbeatable something sandwich with a little fruit and yoghurt. Coffee was given but no additional
drinks asked or served. It would have been nice to get an Orange Juice at least. Service was done in 20minutes.
Attention with seat row 7. This is the last row before the mid Galley. There is NO!!!!! Curtain and the light in the galley was on the entire night. The crew did for sure a contest who could close as many Trollies and Units as it possible with the most noise slamming them.
So far one of my worst Business Class flights ever.
Except for the seat this should not be called Business Class!
The hardware (seat, food, amenities etc) might be different if presented correctly but the software (Crew) on this flight was a total nightmare and destroyed everything.
We hope that the return flight might be better.
