On the Ground:
We booked a business class ticket on this low cost airline flight so everything is included in the fare. Such as Priority check-in, security, boarding baggage handling and lots of free bags. The only thing not included is the lounge.

The check-in agent was super friendly and helpful. They had lots of priority counters open so the was no queue for check-in.

The is no priority queue at security but that wasn't a problem. They only had 3 lanes open but the waiting time was minimal.
Agents were friendly and helpful.

As we had no lounge included we went for a drink in the terminal building.

Boarding started at the indicated time.
No boarding announcements made from staff and no priority boarding was conducted. They just opened the door to the jet bridge and everyone went on.
Staff was present but far from friendly or interacting with the passengers.

At the aircraft door we were greeted by two cabin crew members. Both were friendly and helpful.

Inflight:
The Boeing 737-800 is configured with a 3/3 seating layout.
If you buy a business ticket, then the middle seat is kept empty.
Once airborne, the crew started with the Inflight service which is still limited due to covid.
With the business ticket you can choose F&B items for up to 60R per Person.
So I did choose the beef sandwich and some water.

Bathrooms were super clean and fully stocked.

No Inflight entertainment and no WiFi available on this flight.

Baggage delivery didn't work this time. Bags were delivered fast but all priority bags came out last.

All in all a good flight with a South African Lowcoster.
Great priority product with exactly what you need and friendly and helpful staff.
