FlySafair is one of South Africas biggest low cost carriers.

On the Ground:

As we bought Premium Flex tickets, we were able to check in at the dedicated Premium Check-in Counter in Durban.
No queue at check-in and it was done in no time. Agent was friendly and interacting during the process.

No queue at the security checkpoint. Agents were super friendly.

With our Tickets we did buy an entrance into the Lounge. FlySafair uses the Bidvest Premiere Lounge in Durban. The agent at the reception was super unfriendly. In addition they have one of the most stupid rules I have ever heard or seen with Lounge access.
Maximum stay is 2 hours. Ok, I get that but... calculated from time of departure!!!!
Well if my flight departs at 13:00 I am allowed to enter at 11:00.
But.....
My flight boards at 12:30, so I need to leave the lounge at 12:15.
This leaves me 1 hour 15 minutes in the lounge and not 2 hours. This means you buy an expensive entry for a little bit more than 1 hour.
This is scamming.
Do not buy the lounge access with FlySafair.

Boarding started exactly on the indicated time. No boarding announcements done at all. People just queue in two lines. One Economy, one priority. Once the crew is ready the prio lane starts boarding.

The crew was ok, nothing over friendly and not really present in the cabin whilst boarding.

Inflight:
This Boeing 737-800 is configured with a 3/3 economy class seating. With the premium flex tickets we were allowed to choose a seat in the front section. If they can, they leave the middle seat empty.
The seats were comfortable and ok. No problems with the legroom.

After take off the cabin crew started with the service. That was a little chaotic as they don't use a trolley or anything. They are running through the cabin to the galley everytime someone orders something. Really hectic.
The food we had was good and fresh.

Bathrooms were ok and keept clean throughout the entire flight.

No inflight entertainment.
No WiFi available.

All in all a good flight for a reasonable price.
I would definitely recommend FlySafair for domestic travel within South Africa.
