On the Ground:
We landed 2hours 15 minutes prior departure of the flight in Johannesburg.
The whole process of immigration, health check as well as baggage collection was a breathe. From deboarding to check in of the FlySafair flight it took us 25 minutes.
What a surprise and great organization.
We booked a business class ticket on this low cost airline flight so everything is included in the fare. Such as Priority check-in, security, boarding baggage handling and lots of free bags. The only thing not included is the lounge.
The check-in agent was super friendly and helpful.

The Security Check once was simply awesome. No queues at all and the agents were friendly.

As we had no lounge included we went for a coffee in the terminal building.

Boarding started around 10 minutes after the indicated time.
No boarding announcements made from staff but priority boarding was conducted.
Staff was present and did their job.

At the aircraft door we were greeted by two cabin crew members. Both were super friendly and helpful.

Inflight:
The Boeing 737-800 is configured with a 3/3 seating layout.
If you buy a business ticket, then the middle seat is kept empty.
Once airborne, the crew started with the Inflight service which is still limited due to covid.
With the business ticket you can choose F&B items for up to 60R per Person.
So I did choose the beef biltong and some water.

Bathrooms were super clean and fully stocked.

No Inflight entertainment and no WiFi available on this flight.

Baggage delivery in Durban worked great as well. Priority bags were delivered first.

All in all good flight with a South African Lowcoster.
Great priority product with exactly what you need and friendly and helpful staff.
