On the Ground:
Check-in was a disaster. Huge queue at priority check-in with Economy Class passengers having 5 surfboards. No one cared about the queue.
So we went to Economy Check in as it went much faster.

No queues at the security checkpoint and very friendly agents.

 

The business class lounge wasn't a real lounge, it was more a relaxed waiting area.


No soft drinks available only water and coffee. Snacks and food was very limited as well.

The crew was nice and present whilst boarding.
A welcome drink of different juice was offered. Newspapers and a hot towel were also distributed on the ground.

 

Inflight:
The seats are super comfortable and good. They have a real Business Class with a 2/2 seating configuration.

 

After take off, a small snack in a box was served followed by drinks.
The snack wasn't really good. I would rather prefer a good sandwich or a fruit platter.

The Cabin Crew was friendly and efficient.

 

Full inflight entertainment with headsets were available.
No WiFi available.

 

I would like to point out that this flight was a 30 minutes hop. We had no expectations at all and the service was better than on many European airlines during a 2 hours flight.

Baggage delivery took forever and was chaotic. No premium bags delivered first.

The flight wasn't so good this time. We saw on going to Lombok that Garuda Indonesia can do better.
