On the Ground:
We checked in on the web and once at the airport we printed our bagtags at the kiosk. No queue at the drop off counter.
No queues at the security check.
We used the Aspire Lounge in Terminal A/B with my Aspire Card.
The choice of drinks is great. Unfortunately they only have the same sandwiches since years. No choice in that. Once they prepare the hit dishes it gets better.
Gate staff was present and boarding started even a little ahead of the indicated time.
Boarding is done by zone numbers. The good thing is that passengers can not board through the self boarding gates unless their zone has been called.
Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The seating configuration is a 3/3.
Leg rest is actually really good.
The cabin crew on this flight was good and the service was actually quite ok.
They served a piece of cake with prepacked water in a box. Additional cold and hot drinks were served from the trolley.
The Aircraft has no Inflight entertainment system.
No WiFi available.
All in all, a good and solid economy product.
