On the Ground:
We were in transit in Frankfurt so we didn't have to check in.
Connecting in Frankfurt like always was a huge hassle.
They should take an example on other European airports how transiting works.
We landet at 5:07 AM local time in Frankfurt.
We got to the security checkpoint airside which was opened for all transit customers. The queue was short but... Wowwww, what an absolutely disgusting customer service from FraSec Fraport Security Services GmbH at Frankfurt Airport the home of the Lufthansa Group.
The agents were so unfriendly and unmotivated.
A big let down is that all, but absolutely all Lounges Airside open at 6:00AM.
In front of each Lounge was already a huge queue with waiting customers. Thanks to our gold status we were allowed to use the Lufthansa Senator Lounge at Frankfurt Airport. The lounge is quite big in size and offers several food and beverages stations. Food was nice and fresh and all kind of drinks were available.
The lounge would never win a design price but it was good to be able to wait in a quiet zone.
Our Gate to Zurich was the last or first Gate of Terminal A.
Boarding started 20 minutes after the indicated time. Gate agents were simply useless and bored. No announcement was made why boarding starts 20 minutes after the indicated time.
Priority boarding was conducted.
The jet bridge to the aircraft was completely dark and no lights were one. This is an absolute safety hazard.
The door to the aircraft was still closed. Only after the first pax started knocking on the door, the crew opened it.
Holy sh...t! The most bored, unfriendly, kiss my ass attitude flight attendant I have seen in my entire life opened the door.
No welcome, good morning nothing. All he could do was pull a face.
Once everyone was one board waterbottles were distributed.
Instead of procedure "boarding completed" he just said via PA "alle da“.
Then it was more important to hang his jacket in the cabin, drink coffee and check his phone.
Suddenly he went to the other side and slammed the door close that the entire plane was shaking.
Announcement were not understandable and in a monotone voice. Just babbled.
Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and okay. Also the legroom is okay. The Embraer 190 is configured with a 2/2 seating configuration where only one seat is given out and the other one is blocked.
The seats were not in good conditions and some of the armrests were taped together.
After take off, a basket was served followed by drinks. The basket consisted of an apple, a granola bar and some cereals.
They also distributed some chocolates.
The cabin crew, also the crew member from the back were simply useless.
I have never seen such an unmotivated, unfriendly and kick my ass attitude crew before.
They should both not be flying anymore. A disgrace for all other cabin crew members.
No IFE on this aircraft.
No WiFi available.
Baggage was delivered 21 minutes after arriving at the stand. This is not a good performance of the ground handler considering only around 35 passengers on board.
Normal bags were delivered first. Priority bags were mixed with others.

All in all the worst crew and cabin service I have ever seen. A disgrace for all the others.
