On the Ground:
We were in transit in Munich and didn't have to clear security again.

We did use the Lufthansa Business class lounge in area K.
The Lounge was pretty busy but still ok to find some seats. The choice and taste of the food and drinks was good.

Gate staff was friendly and helpful. They wereΒ  laughing and interacting with the customers.
Boarding started at the indicated time. Priority boarding was conducted.

No cabin crew members present in the cabin for boarding.
Announcements fully freestyle by the Purser and the ones in English hardly understandable.

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seats remain empty.

After take off, a cold snack was served. The chicken unfortunately was super dry and it didn't taste. What I don't understand is that on our flight BSL-MUC with 40 minutes we had more and better food as on this flight with 1hr 50minutes.

The Cabin Crew (sorry my words) was useless. They delivered the service like headless chickens and were finished after 30minutes. Basically running through the cabin. They disappeared behind the curtain for almost the rest of the flight.
No interaction with the customers, no smiles and acting like robots. They were inexistent in the cabin. The Purser was more in the flight deck than in the cabin. For the entire flight the curtain from economy to business was open and half of the economy class passengers went on a walk through the business cabin and to the forward lavatory. This, dear Lufthansa, has nothing to do with business class. This was maximum premium economy. Maybe your affiliate/sister Swiss International could show you how real business class works....
5Star Airline??? No way with such a product and crew.

If this is Lufthansas Business Class product in Europe, I would not recommend it. Let's see on our return, if the Frankfurt based crew is better.
