On the Ground:
We were in transit in Munich arriving from Beijing. Immigration was no problem at all as we could use the e-gates.
No queue at the security checkpoint and friendly staff.

 

We did use the Lufthansa Business class lounge in area G.
The Lounge was pretty nice, spacious and no issues to find a seat. The choice and taste of the food and drinks were good. In general the lounge is much better than in Frankfurt.

 

Gate staff was friendly and helpful.
Boarding started at the indicated time. Priority boarding was conducted.

 

No cabin crew members present in the cabin for boarding.
Announcements from the purser were good in English, hard to understand in German.
Announcements from the other crew members hard to understand and way to fast.

 

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. Seating configuration of 2/2 where only 1 seat is sold in Business Class and the other remain empty for more space.

 

After take off, a small cold breakfast was served. It was tasty and fresh. Fully sufficient for a 30 minutes hopp.

The Cabin Crew was nice. Especially the purser did a good job and interacted with the customers.

 

No inflight entertainment system.
WiFi available but I didn't not buy it for a 30 minutes flight.

 

All in all a good hopp with Air Dolomiti.
