On the Ground:
As we checked in online and had no bags to be dropped we bypassed the Check-In.
There was only a short line at the security and we were able to go through in about 10 minutes.
We used the prime class lounge in Toronto with my priority pass. The choice of food and drinks was good.
Gate Staff was friendly but rather stressed. Priority boarding was conducted and Economy was boarded by zone numbers.
On board, once everyone was on, the cabin crew distributed water bottles and refreshing towels.
Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and cozy. They are set up in a Hering bone style. 1 / 2 / 1 is the layout for these mini suites in Air Canada's Signature class. The seats are fully lie flat.
The seats were already equipped with water bottles, amenity kits and noise cancelling ear phones.
Once settled in, the crew distributed water, champagne and orange juice as well as news papers.
The menu cards were distributed and orders were taken as well prior to take off.
Breakfast is a la carte and you have to fill it out and hand it over to the flight attendants.
After take off hot towels were distributed and the table was set up.
The main service consisted of a 5 course meal. First course, salad, Main, cheese and dessert.
The food was really good in quality and in presentation.
Before landing breakfast was served. As it is a la carte you can choose basically from a simple croissant to a hot breakfast with omelette.
The cabin crew on this flight was friendly, helpful and super professional. Great performance as a Team and top interactions with their passengers.
They were trying to give the customer as.much time to sleep as possible.
The in-flight entertainment was good and lots of movies, films and music. Most of them were available in many different languages.
No WiFi available on this aircraft.
This flight was a great pleasure.
