On the Ground:
Check-in staff was super friendly and helpful.
There was no waiting time at the security check point.

We used the Aspire lounge in Dock E with our Aspire Card. This Aspire Lounge is the best one in Zurich and the most modern one.
The choice and quality of food and drinks was really good.
What I love most is the terrace you can use and get some fresh air and to plane spot.

We arrived at the Gate about 10min prior to boarding.
Priority boarding was conducted.
Gate staff was super friendly and had a chat with customers.

The crew was very welcoming during boarding and was super present in the cabin.
Seats were already equipped with amenity kits, headsets and water bottles.
Welcome drinks (Water, orange juice and champagne) as well as newspapers (Swiss and Canadian) were distributed before departure.

Inflight:
The crew was simply amazing.
They were charming, attentive and did everything possible.
Every single one went the extra mile and provided a service with care to details.
The food was nice and the service was good. I love the classic business class service with starter, salad, hotmeal, cheese and dessert.
Prior to landing another full-size tray was served with a cold meal and fresh fruit.

The seats in Business Class on this Boeing 777-300 are fully lay flat seats. They are put in a reverse fishbone and every seat is a little suite. It is a good and comfortable product.

The inflight entertainment system is good. The choice of Films, blockbusters and music is great. Air Canada offers a huge variety of languages.

Inflight Wifi was working good. No crashes but sometimes a little slow.
The price Air Canada offers is great. The whole flight (9hrs) did cost 29CAN$.

All in all this flight was a real pleasure and I would definitely recommend Air Canada.
