On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and had no bags to be checked.
There was just a short waiting time of around 10 minutes at the security check point.

As I travelled in a Group we went to a bar to have s drink before departure.

Staff at the gate was a desaster. No idea what they did and super unfriendly.

On board, the seats were already equipped with water bottles, headsets and an amenity kit.
The Crew asked for Newspapers and served welcome drinks. (Champagne, water, Orange juice). Menu Cards were distributed.

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and nice and I was lucky to get Business Class on this Flight as I was tired and didn't feel well.

After take off the Crew served hot towels. As I choose the quick Option in this Flight I had my dinner tray within 15minutes after take-off.
I choose to sleep and didn't wanted to be woken up for breakfast.

The cabin crew was amazing and did a fantastic job. Attention to details and great interaction with customers. Every crew member took the time to talk to their guests and this gave the whole cabin a great atmosphere.

The entertainment system is ok. It isn't the newest one but the choice of films and music is huge.

I really enjoyed this flight even (or because) I slept most of it and that is why there aren't almost any pictures.
I would definitely recommend Air Canada.
