On the Ground:
We did check-in online and had no bags to be checked.
The security screening was empty and we were really fast to go through.
Boarding was chaos and hectic as Air Canada would have Zone Numbers but they only made one call for all zones together in economy. 200+ something pushed in at once.
There was not a single cabin crew member in the cabin during boarding.

Inflight:
The crew was well below average.
They were stressed, unfriendly, hectic and one of them could not use a single sentence but was yelling at passengers like no one would talk to a dog.
The food and the service was ok. Nothing to be excited or talk about.
The inflight entertainment worked without issues and it was good. Plenty of Films, TV, music etc.
The seat in Economy Class I must say is comfortable. It is still one of the older seats with the wider seatcushions. Legroom was ok.
Would the software (Crew) been much better this rating most probably would have been better to.
The hardware is still ok but the software has lots of trainings potential.
