On the Ground:
We did check-in online and had no bags to be checked.
The security screening in Zurich was empty and we were able to basically walk through.
We went to the Aspire Lounge in Terminal E for which I have an annual card. Lounge was rather full but still ok with noise level. Food & Beverage offer is decent.
As Air Canada boards by Zone Numbers this gives you a perfect priority boarding.

The crew was very welcoming during boarding and was super present in the cabin.
Seats were already equipped with amenity kits, headsets and water bottles. Welcome drinks as well as newspapers were distributed before departure.

Inflight:
The crew was amazing.
They were charming, attentive and did everything possible.
Every single one went the extra mile and provided a service with care to details. They went every 30min to the cabin with drinks and snacks after the service you could adjust your watch according to them.

The food was nice and the service was good. I love the classic business class service with starter, salad hotmeal, cheese and dessert.
Prior to landing another full-size tray was served with a cold meal and fresh fruit.

The inflight entertainment system crashed several times and was rebooted by the crew. You had to start the films over and over again.

The seat in Business Class on this Airbus A330 is a fully lay flat seat but nothing of the extraordinary. It is a solid and comfortable product.

All in all this flight was a real pleasure and I would definitely recommend Air Canada.
