On the Ground:
We did check-in online and had to go to drop our bags at an automated check-in counter. Basically you do not see any staff during this process.
The security screening was rather empty and it didn’t takes us long to go through.

Rather a mess at the gate with grumpy and stressed staff.
Priority boarding was conducted.

The crew was very welcoming during boarding and was super present in the cabin.
Seats were already equipped with amenity kits and water bottles. Welcome drinks as well as newspapers were distributed before departure. Headsets were distributed afterwards.

Inflight:
The crew did a great job.
Business Class crew was very charming, attentive and did everything possible.
Every single one went the extra mile and provided a service with care to details.

The food was nice and the service was good. I love the classic business class service with starter, salad hotmeal, cheese and dessert.
Breakfast was served from a menu card where you could tick your choice. The variety was big and the food was nice.

The seat in Business Class on this Airbus A330 is a fully lay flat seat but nothing of the extraordinary. Some seats were worn out and the inflight entertainment was suuuuuper slow on this aircraft. But all in all still a solid and comfortable product.

Air Canada is and has a great product up front and I will definitely choose them again.
