Pegasus has a Webpage which needs a Million Klicks until you have booked your flight.
I checked in on the web but we were not able to print the boarding passes or to send them to our phone. Only once the App was downloaded we were able to retrieve our boarding passes via the app.
Luckily we travelled with hand luggage only.
The Airport is hectic and busy. We were amazed that the queues at securities (yes, one to enter the building and one after check in) were not that long. It took us around 5 minutes waiting
time.
The staff at emigration and at security points were extremely unfriendly and rude.
Gate staff was present but not motivated at all. As there was a delay in boarding one of the agents took his phone and sat down at one of the benches with the customers.
Inflight:
The seating configuration is 3/3.
Leg room on this Airbus
320neo
is much better than on the regular Airbus. Slim seats are used and there is no recline.
The cabin crew was arrogant, rude and unfriendly. No help in the Cabin during boarding and arrogant and rude during service.
Announcement were made in Turkish and English this time but unfortunately you couldn't understand the announcements of the flight attendant as she spoke way to fast.
Announcement from pilots were clear and understandable.
As Pegasus is a low cost Airline, Food and Drinks are offered against payment. F&B is provided from Do&Co.
I tried a chicken sandwich for 6 € prepaid which was actually drier than a English butter cookie and only filled half.
The prices are expensive and I would bring my own staff on board.
As this was our second flight we figured out that there is no service procedure. They actually do what and when the cabin crew wants.
The Airplane itself has no inflight entertainment system. Pegasus has a WiFi streaming system against payment. We would have had to pay 1.99€ for streaming films during our
flight.
The map is shown free of charge over streaming.
No Internet WiFi available..
Honestly I would not recommend Pegasus after our 2 flights. Unfortunately there is no big competition on this route so the options are limited.
Notes:
