Pegasus has a Webpage which needs a Million Klicks until you have booked your flight.
I checked in on the web but we were not able to print the boarding passes or to send them to our phone. Only once the App was downloaded we were able to retrieve our boarding passes via the app.
Luckily we travelled with hand luggage only.
Once again top service at Zurich Airport concerning the security checks. There was almost no queue and waiting time was less than 3 minutes.
Thanks to our Aspire Lounge Card we were able to use the Aspire Lounge in Terminal B/D.
The Lounge is good and has a good selection of drinks and food. The quality is nice.
Gate staff was present but not friendly or motivated. Boarding announcement was made once and then the two agents started actually to shout orders on how to board. Boarding started 20 minutes
after the indicated time.
Inflight:
The seating configuration is 3/3.
Leg room on this Airbus
320
is really really tight and a disaster even for a low cost airline. In particular as the seatbacks are reclining. We had to sit xxxxx to be able to fit in. The seat itself is very uncomfortable as
it is very hard.
The cabin crew wasn't anything special or friendly. The crew member at the door was actually greeting the boarding customers with crossed Armes. No help in the Cabin during
boarding.
Most announcements were only done in Turkish except the safety relevant ones.
Unfortunately you couldn't understand the announcements of the flight attendant as she spoke way to fast and quiet.
As Pegasus is a low cost Airline, Food and Drinks are offered against payment. F&B is provided from Do&Co.
The prices are rather expensive with 3€ for 2,5dl of coke or 5€ for 2,5dl beer. Food is exorbitant expensive with 5€ for a gummy sandwich or 11€ for a hot dish. even prices at Zurich Airport are
less expensive.
The service procedure from the crew was a disaster. They were running around like headless chickens and if one was running to the galley or other trolley then the other crew member made a break.
It took them 1hour!!! to serve around 10 rows.
Waste is collected with a big yellow plastic bag instead of a trolley. It gives you even a cheaper feeling of service.
In addition one of the rear lavatories was blocked and used for the garbage bags the entire flight.
The Airplane itself has no inflight entertainment system. Pegasus has a WiFi streaming system against payment. We would have had to pay 1.99€ for streaming films during our
flight.
The map is shown free of charge over streaming.
No Internet WiFi available..
All in all ok but Pegasus is a real real low cost Airline but...
Even if low cost airline, the crew could be much friendlier and the service procedure could we way more efficient.
