On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and travelled with hand luggage only.
No queues at the security check.
Until around 50minutes after departure time no delay was set for this flight. No announcements were done at the Airport and no information was given. At the end there was a departure delay of
3hours and 30minutes.
LOT never informed anyone. People were gathering information from Google.
There was no Gate Staff at the Gate until 10minutes prior estimated departure time.
The staff was super stressed and boarding started at departure time.
Inflight:
I must admit that the seats on this Embraer were really comfortable and ok. The seating configuration is a 2/2.
The crew was serving a chocolate bar with Water or Pepsi only.
Everything else is against payment only.
It is rather cheap what LOT serves compared to other carriers.
Cabin Crew was (sorry for my words) super pissed, rude and unfriendly.
None of them were smiling or showing any passion.
When customers asked questions about the delay or connecting flight they were super rude and unfriendly.
They couldn't have cared less.
No Inflight entertainment system.
No WiFi available.
All in all one of my worst flights with a "main" Air Carrier. There are other options and I will see how my second flight goes tomorrow with LOT.
