On the Ground:
The flight had 1 1/2 hours delay and no information was given about the delay. No email, no message, nothing. Only once arriving at the airport the delay was put on the screen.

I checked in with my mobile and travelled with hand luggage only.
No queues at the security check with priority or fast lane.

The Lounge was overcrowded at the beginning but emptied quite fast.
I liked the balcony where you could sit and have a look in the terminal.
Choice of drinks was good but the quality of the food was really poor.

Gate staff was unfriendly and unmotivated.
No priority boarding was conducted not even a boarding speech. They just opened the tensa barriers and that was it.
Sort of help yourself.

The Crew was present in the cabin for boarding.

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The seating configuration is a 3/3 with the famous European Business class which means the middle seat remains empty.

The cabin crew on this flight was really good good.They were laughing, smiling and interacting with the passengers. They had fun and liked what they dud.

The Service was really good. They serve a full size tray with cold cuts, fruits, dessert and drinks. Drinks were offered several time and even coffee was offered actively a second time.

The Aircraft has no Inflight entertainment system.
No WiFi available.

All in all, a not so good ground product and information system but a really good Inflight experience.
Knowing TAP from other flights I would recommend them for future travels.
