On the Ground:
We did check-in on the website for our flight. When we arrived at the airport for check-in, the counters were empty and we didn't have to wait at all. The agent was super friendly and helpful.
Only a short queue of a few minutes waiting time at emigration and no queue at the security checkpoint. Staff at all touch points super friendly and efficient.
Boarding started quite late and about 20 minutes after the indicated boarding time. Never the less the boarding was super fast and we managed to push back even 3 minutes early.
Priority as well as group boarding for economy was done and checked.
The crew was super present in the cabin whilst boarding. The whole crew was smiling and interacting with the guests.
Hot towels and headsets were distributed in economy class on the ground prior to departure.
Inflight:
This Airbus A330-300 is configured with a 2-4-2 economy class seating layout.
The seats are comfortable in terms of legroom and much better in weith as on the Dreamliner.
After take off a hot lunch with 2 choices of hot meals were served.
The food was really good and the presentation was nice.
The food was much better than on the Singapore - Denpasar flight.
The Cabin Crew on this flight was amazing. They were smiling all the time, interacting with the customers and performed a great service. They were super present in the cabin at all times.
The Kris in-flight entertainment system on this aircraft is good but not as modern as on the Dreamliner.
Lots of films and blockbusters, unfortunately it is no touch screen and you have to control it with the handset.
No WiFi available on this aircraft.
Baggage delivery took forever.

All in all a good experience with Singapore Airlines.
This flight was much better than the one going to Bali and a very good and solid inflight product for a 2hrs 20min flight.
