On the Ground:
As we got a message from Swiss two days ago that they are expecting massive queues at check-in due to document checks we left were at the Airport 3 hours prior departure.
Online check-in wasn't possible.
There was no queue at all at the check-in. We could go immediately to a counter.
The agent was very friendly and helpful. We showed all the necessary documents and in no time we were given our boarding passes.

SAS has its own check-in area and immediately adjacent is the security check point. Also here no lines and no one queueing. We were able to go through in no time. Staff at security was friendly.

We went to the SAS Lounge in Stockholm.
Since the last time they have made a massive step ahead.
Huge lounge with lots of seating and view over the apron. Scandinavian style in decoration and furniture.
They offer a wide variety of drinks and a beautiful small buffet with different fresh salads.

Gate Staff was friendly and did a great job. All announcements made and priority boarding was conducted. Boarding started almost at the indicated time.

The Cabin Crew was very welcoming and greeting all the passengers. Seats were already equipped with water bottles and refreshing towels.

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seats remain empty.

After take off a cold snack was served. The meal was nice and the food presentation looked really good. Completely sufficient for a mid afternoon flight.

The cabin crew was simply awesome.
They interacted with the passengers, has smalltalks and really made sure everyone was well.
They performed their duties with care and class and went the extra mile for each passenger. It showed once more that the biggest difference on these flights is the cabin crew.

The Swiss Arbus 320 family is equipped with an inflight entertainment system which consists of screens above every third seat row. After take off a film with news and information was shown followed by the cartoons and the most famous film in Aviation: "the map“.

Wohooo... This was the first time an Airbus320 from Swiss was equipped with Inflight WiFi. The use was completely free as the provider is still testing the system.
I thought that it worked well and that the speed was very good.

All in all a great Business Class product and an awesome crew. They definitely make the difference and again we would recommend Swiss.
