On the Ground:
We checked in on our mobiles the day before and got our boarding passes onto our devices.
We had no bags to be checked.

Thanks to our gold status with Star Alliance we could use the fast track at the security checkpoint. The queue was super short and waiting time was around 2-3 minutes. Staff at security was so so.

Again thanks to the status we went to the SAS Lounge in Stockholm.
It would be a big lounge with lots of seating and view over the apron. Unfortunately when we got in it was super full and it was difficult to find some seats.
The lounge is held completely in scandinavian style, the entire decoration and furniture is in a beautiful natural look.
They offer a wide variety of drinks and a beautiful small buffet with different fresh salads. As a hot item solely a soup is offered.
It would be nice to have a real hot meal around lunch and the salads were exactly the same as back in November 2021.

Gate Staff was friendly and did a great job. All announcements made and priority boarding was conducted.

The Cabin Crew was greeting all the passengers by the door but no one around in the cabin.
Disinfecting wipes were handed our whilst boarding.
Inflight:
The regular seats are comfortable and ok. The Airbus-321 is configured with a 3/3 seating configuration.
On this flight we got the 2 seats next to the emergency exit. The seats are absolutely awesome legroom wise but the seats itself are tighter than the regular seats.
As Swiss has said goodbye to their Inflight service, all you get on all European flights in Economy is a bottle of water and the famous Swiss chocolate.
All other items have to be purchased from the menu on board. The crew made an announcement that most items will not be available anymore.
But just as an example :
A chicken sandwich costs 10.50CHF (11.50$) and a combo of cold cuts and a small bottle of wine costs 25. 00CHF (27.15$).
Prices for the Swiss Saveurs Menu are simply INSANE and a ripp of. You just pay the name "sprΓΌngliβ€œ
A sandwich at a real bakery (Steiner Beck) at Zurich Airport in the Terminal costs 5.90CHF (6.40$).
So for everyone as a hint, bring your own food and drinks from inside the terminal as it is cheaper.

The cabin crew on this flight was a disaster. The crew was super arrogant and unfriendly. Chit-chating on the trolley was way more important than the customers. Two of them had an awesome time and one was the lone fighter. They didn't work together as a crew and were running around like headless chickens. Customers were simply disturbing.

The Swiss Airbus 320 family is equipped with an inflight entertainment system which consists of screens above every third seat row. Also on this flight the most famous film in Aviation: "the mapβ€œ was shown as well as some cartoons.

No Wi-Fi available on this plane.

All in all an okay experience. Thanks to the inexistent service in Economy there is no more need to choose Swiss over any other low cost carrier flying on the same route.
