On the Ground:
We checked in via mobile but were only given a check-in confirmation. We had to see the check-in counter to verify the COVID documents to re-enter Switzerland. For the entire Lufthansa Group only one Business Counter and one First Class counter was open.
The agent working the business check-in was grumpy and far from friendly.
The airport has a centralized security screening with a priority lane. Unfortunately the only priority is the boarding pass scanning process as afterwards you are mixed again with economy.
The queues were not so long and it didn't took long to get through.
Security screening agents were friendly and helpful.
The Lufthansa Lounge at BER has the new Lounge design and is quite modern. I liked the industrial look. Lots of ceiling to floor windows to check what is going on at the apron. The location of the lounge is rather bad as it is located at the end of the terminal B. When your flight leaves from A it is a 10 minutes walk to reach the gate.
The lounge is back to full offer but has the governmental rule that only 2G guests are allowed to enter.
Gate procedures were a little better than the last time but still far from being organized.
Pre recorded announcements were made and boarding started on time.
Priority boarding was conducted but there is no crowd control at all.
On board, once we were on, the cabin crew was super welcoming and friendly. Flight Attendants were in the cabin and greeted the passengers and were helpful.
Water bottles and refreshing towels were handed out after boarding.
Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and have great legroom. The Airbus A320 is configured with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seat remains empty. This is the normal European Business Class almost all carriers are offering.
Unfortunately my sear was rather worn out and I wouldn't have wanted to fly further on my seat.
After take off, a cold snack was served followed by drinks.
The food was super delicious and fresh and the quantity was definitely sufficient for a 1hour 10minutes flight.
The business class catering on Swiss is always a pleasure and a delight.

The Cabin Crew was charming and friendly. Both cabin crew members delivered a good service. Unfortunately it was a little hectic but that is due to the full business class and shower flight time.

The Airbus 320 family is equipped with an inflight entertainment system which consists of screens above every third seat row. After take off a film with news and information was shown followed by the most famous film in Aviation: "the map“.
No WiFi available.
All in all a good flight again with Swiss.
Solid service and we would recommend Swiss in Business Class for future travels.
