On the Ground:
We checked in online and had to drop our bags. No queue at the counters and the agent was really friendly and attentive.
No queues at the security check point.

The SAS Lounge is very nice and it's interior is warm and welcoming. Choice of drinks and food is ok.

Gate staff was ok and friendly. Priority boarding was conducted.

On board, once we were on, the cabin crew distributed water bottles and refreshing towels.

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seats remain empty.

After take off a small breakfast was served. The food was nice and delicious. The presentation of the food is always top.
The Purser and the flight attendant who worked the flight in business class were absolutely stunning and amazing. I haven't had such a stunning Service on Short Haul Business for a long time.
They interacted and talked to all customers, had fun what they did and you felt appreciated.

As an inflight entertainment system the map and the advertisement film was shown on the screens.
No WiFi available.

All in all, a stunning flight.
