On the Ground:
No queues at Check-in. Only every second counter used to provide enough distance. Agent was super friendly and efficient.
Very short queue at the security checkpoint with around 5 minutes waiting time only.
All Lounges closed at Zurich Airport due to COVID.
Gate staff was present but that was about it. Not really motivated or friendly.
Passport and Document Check prior boarding to check if all customers have all the necessary documents. Due to changes within the same day with entry regulations a big mess at the gate.
Boarding started 10 minutes after the official departure time. Some of the delay was due to the late arrival of the incoming aircraft and the rest due to the chaos at the gate.
No priority boarding was conducted.
Inflight:
The seating configuration is 3/3.
Leg room on this Airbus 320neo is good and the seats are comfortable.
In Business Class the middle seat is kept empty for comfort reason.
Cabin crew was very pleasant on this flight. The purser was super friendly and helpful and interacted with the passengers. Same for the flight attendant who worked in Business. Very friendly,
super attentive and helpful.
On this flight a cold snack was served together with a full drink service. The snack is fully sufficient for this 55 minutes flight. The quality of the food was delicious and fresh and the
presentation was nice as well.
As inflight entertainment soley the map was shown on the screens.
No WiFi available.
All in all a good business class flight. Only minor changes on board as to pre covid time and no changes in Service.
A massive gap between business and economy now on board Swiss International short haul flights.
We would recommend Swiss after this short flight in Business Class.
