On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and had no bags to be checked.
No queues at the security check points.

I didn't use the lounge as it was way to early in the morning
Gate staff was super friendly, nice and efficient.

Boarding started 5minutes prior the indicated time. Priority boarding was conducted.

On board, once we were on, the cabin crew distributed water bottles and refreshing towels.

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seats remain empty.

As I got a last minute upgrade, staff in TXL ordered a last minute meal which came in a box. The amount was almost double as the regular service.
Unfortunately it was a cold snack with grilled vegetables, olives and cold cuts. Not really things to eat at 7AM but it shows the effort the staff did in Berlin.

The cabin crew was so so. The purser was top and super friendly, the flight attendant was rather grumpy.
The service was conducted in a super inefficient way without a trolley for 6 rows that the crew was running back and forth the entire time. It felt hectic and not smoth and quiet.

As an inflight entertainment system the map and the advertisement film was shown on the screens which worked. The screens in front of me became unserviceable shortly after boarding and remained like this the entire flight.
No WiFi available.

As I fly Swiss very often I know they can do better. Would it have been for this flight there is other choices to travel who offer the same service or better.
