On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and had no bags to be checked.
Almost no queues at the security check points.
I did use the Airport Club lounge with my Priority pass. Choice on beverages was fine. The choice on food was terrible.
Gate staff was stressed and rather unfriendly
No priority boarding was conducted.
On board, once we were on, the cabin crew distributed water bottles and refreshing towels.
Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seats remain empty.
After take off a cold snack was served. The food was nice and delicious.
The Purser who worked the flight in business class was amazing. He did his job with great passion. The rest of the crew.. oh well.. they were
present.
As an inflight entertainment system the map and the advertisement film was shown on the screens. Once that was finished, cartoons were shown.
No WiFi available.
All in all, another good flight.
