On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and travelled with hand luggage only.
Very short queue at the security checkpoint this time but very rude staff.
We didn't use any lounge this time as we met a friend for coffee.
Gate staff was present but that was about it. Not really motivated. Boarding started a few minutes ahead if the indicated time. Priority boarding was conducted.
Inflight:
The seating configuration is 2/3.
Leg room is fully ok on the Airbus 220 for short haul flights. Better as on the Airbus 320.
Cabin crew was exactly 50/50.on this flight. The purser was super friendly and helpful and interacted with the passengers. The other crew members were rather unfriendly, grumpy and unmotivated.
On this flight a Mandarin and Christmas cookies were served. The snack is fully sufficient for the flight time. The snack was followed by hot and cold drinks.
As an inflight entertainment the map and the advertisement film was shown on the small screens.
No WiFi available..
All in all an ok flight.
