On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and travelled with hand luggage only.
The security check point to enter the gate was only opened 55min prior to boarding for a flight with around 170 Passengers.
Security check points at Berlin TXL Airport have become a real hassle and the protectas staff is arrogant and super unfriendly. One of the staff was playing with his mobile the entire time.
I didn't use any lounge this time as I am collecting with a new frequent flyer card.
Gate staff was present but not friendly or motivated. Boarding started around 15-20 minutes after the indicated time. Priority boarding was conducted.
Inflight:
The seating configuration is 3/3.
Leg room is fully ok on the Airbus 320 for short haul flights.
Cabin crew was exactly 50/50.on this flight. One of the cabin attendants was super friendly and helpful and interacted with the passengers. The second crew was a disaster, unfriendly, grumpy and motivated.
On this flight a Danish pastry was served. The snack is fully sufficient for the flight time. The snack was followed by hot and cold drinks.
As an inflight entertainment the map and the advertisement film was shown on the small screens.
No WiFi available..
All in all an ok flight. Had it already better and worse.
