On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and travelled with hand luggage only.
Luckily I arrived at the gate 1 hour prior departure and no queue for security. After that it started to build up and half of the delay was actually because of to long queues at security.
Berlin TXL Airport has become a real hassle in that matter.
I used the Lufthansa Business Lounge with my FQTV Card. The Lounge is good and has a good selection of drinks and food. The quality is nice.
As my flight was leaving during rush hour the lounge was really busy.
Gate staff was present but not friendly or motivated. Boarding started exactly at the indicated time.
Inflight:
The seating configuration is 3/3.
Leg rest is fully ok on the 320 Airbus for short haul flights.
Unfortunately my seat was completely worn out and you could feel every metal piece and screw.
The cabin crew on this flight was busy to tell jokes to each other and discuss private things instead of taking care of the guests. And the male flight attendant was super perkily and rude
when talking to guests.
Unfortunately you couldn't understand the announcements of the maitre the cabin as she spoke way to fast and quiet.
On this flight a sandwich was served. The snack is fully sufficient for the flight time. The snack was followed by hot and cold drinks.
As an inflight entertainment the map and the advertisement film was shown on the small screens.
No WiFi available..
All in all ok but you could see again that the crew makes the different from a good or bad flight. I know that Swiss can do better.
I would recommend Swiss future travels.
