On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and had no bags to be checked.
Very short queues at the security check point.

I used the Preludium Lounge in Warsaw with my Priority Pass. The lounge is really comfortable and has a good choice of food and beverages.

Staff at the Gate was super friendly and smiling.
Priority boarding was conducted.

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The seating configuration on this Aircraft Type is 2/3 with the typical European Business class where in the row with 3 seats the middle seat remains empty and in the rows with 2 seats only 1 is occupied.

Unfortunately the cabin crew was not really motivated. Already whilst boarding you could clearly see that they didn't want to work, no greetings no nothing. Simply standing there as decoration.

After take-off a cold snack would have been served. As I was not hungry at all I decided to take a drink some salty snacks.

In addition to the chocolates they are currently serving some Swiss tradition sweets from the canton of Luzern. They hand out a flyer in cooperation with Luzern Tourismus for a 2 for 1 benefit for most of the attractions in the area.

As inflight entertainment solely the map was shown.
No WiFi available.

I know that Swiss can do much better.
