On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and had no bags to be checked.
Very short queues at the security check points.
I used the Preludium Lounge in Warsaw with my Priority Pass. The lounge is really comfortable and has a good choice of food and beverages.
As the Aircraft was late, boarding started about 30min later as indicated. Priority boarding was conducted.
On board, once we were on, the cabin crew distributed water bottles and refreshing towels.
All in all we had a departure delay of around 45 minutes.
Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The seating configuration on this Aircraft Type is 2/3. In Business Class the middle seat remains empty on the side with 3 seats and only 1 seat is
given out on the side with 2 seats.
After take-off a cold snack was served. The food was nice and light.
In addition to the regular service MΓΆvenpick Ice Cream was served as well.
The crew was top. The Maitre de Cabine (Purser) who was working in business class was phenomenal.
I fly a lot and I fly this specific route several times a month but this Lady was top notch in customer service.
I haven't had such a great crew in a long time. They were attentive, interacted with the customers, went every little extra mile and in addition to all of that they had fun what they
were doing.
As an inflight entertainment system the map and the advertisement film was shown on the small screens.
No WiFi available.
All in all a great flight with Swiss.
