On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and had no bags to be checked.
Very short queues at the security check points.

I used the Preludium Lounge in Warsaw with my Priority Pass. The lounge is really comfortable and has a good choice of food and beverages.

Staff at the Gate was super friendly and smiling.
Priority boarding was conducted.

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The seating configuration on this Aircraft Type is 2/3.
The seat pitch in economy class is actually quite good

After take-off a cold snack was served. It was a kind of vegetarian Tartar and it was super delicious.

The crew was super friendly and the Purser working in Business Class was super attentive and caring.
She had a great interaction with her customers and was talking to everyone.

There was no inflight entertainment system. The screens were switched off during the entire flight. Not even the map was shown.
No WiFi available.

All in all a good flight with Swiss.
