On the Ground:
I checked in online the day before and was travelling without checked bags so. I could skip the queue
It was full rush hour in the morning but there was only a short queue at the Security Check. But hey Kantonspolizei ZΓΌrich - Kapo ZH and Flughafen ZΓΌrich are you serious?
This happens the first time for me. As a gold member you know I fly a lot. For years!!! I have my toiletry in miniature and in a small transparent plastic toiletry bag. It was the first time and first airport where the agent today asked me to get a zip bag and put my toiletry in. The gentleman in front of me had to do it and the lady behind me. All pissed to do so.
When asking the agent why we have to do it, as we fly often and no issues for years with our toiletry bags, she just said she is following the rules.
I promise in doing so you are slowing down the whole process at security and for the summer month you are creating yourself problems. Other airports are now allowing liquids in big bottles again and Zurich is making 3 steps back into stoneage with pushing passengers to use zip bags. And by the way, not really environmental friendly.

With all our last flights we always visited the Swiss Alpine Lounge. As we also have the Priority Pass I used the Aspire Lounge.

The Aspire Lounge is not contracted from Swiss and we will rate it but the lounge will not be taken into the overall flight review rating because of this.
As said, the Aspire lounge was renovated last year. Unfortunately there is not lots of the renovation you can see if you knew the old lounge.
At least the lounge was not overcrowded and had enough seating space.
The F&B product was okay. A very tiny buffet with fruit salad, yoghurt and tomatoes. As hot dish they soley had some scrvled eggs. Bread, croissants as well as butter and jam was available.
The food was fresh and tasty and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
Boarding started around 5 minutes prior to the indicated boarding time. Priority boarding was conducted.
No announcement were made the agent simply yelled into the crowd.
Boarding was by bus.
At the aircraft door we were greeted by the captain as well as the senior cabin crew member.
Once everyone was on board, the crew distributed some water bottles and refreshing towels.
Announcements of the cockpit crew were clear and understandable.
Announcements of the Senior Cabin Crew were perfect, clear and understandable. The announcement from the cabin crew member at the back of the aircraft were way to fast and not understandable.
Inflight:
The seats are very comfortable and ok. The Embraer has a. 2/2 seating configuration where Swiss leaves one seat empty in business class on each side, resulting in a 1/1 staggered seating.
After take off, a cold snack for breakfast was served. The meal presentation looked very nice and the food was fresh and delicious.
The tray consisted of a cold snack (cold cuts and cheese) as well as a super fresh Bircher Muesli.
Fresh bread, croissants as well as butter and jam was served.
The cabin crew was very friendly and the senior cabin attendant dish a great job.
He was super present in the cabin and was talking actively to the customers.
The Helvetic Airways Embraer is not equipped with an inflight entertainment system..
No WiFi available on this flight.

But... Compared to Swiss itself, this aircraft was equipped with USB and electricity plugs at each seat. Top!

After the Flight:

As no bags checked in, I am happy that I do not have to wait in Amsterdam for my bags.

Summary:

All in all a good flight with Swiss.
