On the Ground:
We checked in online the day before so we only had to drop our bags.
We arrived 1 hour 45 minutes prior departure at the airport. Thanks to our Senator Status with Swiss we were allowed to check/drop our bags at the First Class counter.
The agent was okay, not really friendly and welcoming. Check-in was done in no time.
The Security Check in Zurich thus time wasn't really good.
There was almost no queue and we only had to wait around 5 minutes.
Staff was the issue this time. The super senior guy on the screen was super scared of missing something and so he send almost all bags to second screening. We always travel with the same photo camera bag and it has never been an issue in Zurich. He actually wanted to have all our lenses screened separately.
He also wanted to check every single spare camera battery.

The poor lady who had to handle the second screened bag was super friendly, efficient and helpful. She was actually pissed off of the guy at the screen.

Lounge:

During all our previous flights, we always and always visited the Swiss Alpine Lounge. As we also have the Priority Pass we wanted to try the renovated Aspire Lounge.
The Aspire Lounge is not contracted from Swiss and we will rate it but the lounge will not be taken into the overall flight review rating because of this.
As said, the Aspire lounge was renovated last year. Unfortunately there is not lots of the renovation you can see if you knew the old lounge.

At least the lounge was not overcrowded and had enough seating space. The seats were rather uncomfortable.

The F&B product was okay. A small buffet with cold items (two salads, 2 different sandwiches and some fruit salt) as well as a little buffet with hot items (soup, fusilli pasta carbonara and some ratatouille with rice).
The food was fresh and tasty and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Gate / Boarding:

The flight got a delay of 15 minutes due to the late arrival of the incoming aircraft.
Boarding started 2-3 minutes prior to the indicated boarding time. Priority boarding was conducted.

At the aircraft door we were greeted by the senior cabin crew member (Maitre de Cabine). The crew was not really present whilst boarding.

Once everyone was on board, the crew distributed some water bottles and refreshing towels.

Announcements of the cockpit crew were clear and understandable.
Announcements of the Cabin Crew were way to fast and not understandable.
Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with a 2/3 seating configuration on the Airbus A220 where the middle seats remain empty on the side with 3 seats and only one seat given out on the side with 2 seats.

After take off, a cold snack was served. The meal presentation looked good but unfortunately the food was not really good.

The tray consisted of a cold snack (salmon) fresh swiss cheese, a dessert as well as bread and butter.
I had the feeling that the salmon was sour and on the second tray there was a liquid coming out of the fish.
This is the first time in a long long time that I returned the food and that I have to say that the meal was disgusting.
The cabin crew was super young and an unmotivated youngster was giving an introduction to another youngster. Not the best combination in Business Class.
The MC vice versa was super friendly and helpful but he was assisting in economy.

Inflight Entertainment / Wifi:

The Swiss Airbus A220 family is equipped with an inflight entertainment system which consists of screens above every seat row. They show the safety presentation on these screens as well as the most famous film in Aviation: "the map“.
No WiFi available on this flight.

After the Flight:

Baggge delivery in Amsterdam was a disaster as always.
First bag arrived on the belt 32 minutes after arrival on the parking stand.
Economy bags were delivered first. Priority bags were delivered last!

Summary:

All in all an okay flight with Swiss.
We had already much better experiences with them and just based on today's flight we do not think that this is what you should and can expect from a premium airline.
