On the Ground:
We checked-in online and printed the boarding passes as well as baggage tags at home. All we needed to do was dropping our bags at the airport. Thanks to our current frequent traveler status we were allowed to drop the bags at the business class counters.
There was no queue at all and the agent was super friendly and efficient.
The Security Check was good. Being there in the midst of the early evening departure wave, the queues were moderate and moved forward quite fast.
Staff was efficient and friendly.

As we had to make a PCR Test for our Check-in and onward flight tomorrow, we didn't have the time to visit the lounge.

Gate staff was present and boarding started at the indicated time.
Agent was friendly and did some great announcements which were very clear.
Priority boarding conducted and then Economy was boarded by group numbers.

Cabin crew was present in cabin whilst boarding and greeted all passengers.

Inflight:
The seats are in a 3/3 configuration and ok.
Leg room on this A320neo is rather on the tight side and exactly the same as on EasyJet. No recline at all.
The cabin crew on this flight was... Let's say present.
They did their job okay but nothing of the extra ordinary and nothing super friendly. They were simply on board and did what they were paid for.

As Swiss has said goodbye to their Inflight service, all you get on European flights in Economy, is a bottle of water and the famous Swiss chocolate.

All other items have to be purchased from the menu on board. And hell, they are expensive.
A chicken sandwich costs 10.50CHF (11.50$) and a combo of cold cuts and a small bottle of wine costs 25.00CHF (27.15$). To see all products have a look at the pictures.
These prices for the Swiss Saveurs Menu are simply INSANE and a ripp of. You just pay for the name "SprΓΌngliβ€œ.
The picture from the sandwich is from the Airport which I took on board. A sandwich at a real bakery (Steiner Beck) at Zurich Airport in the Terminal costs 5.90CHF (6.40$).
So for everyone as a hint, bring your own food and drinks from inside the terminal as it is cheaper. Sandwiches can be brought through security without problems and the cheapest drinks can be found at the Kiosks.

But as we are flying for 2 hours I had to buy some drinks.

Swiss lost our bags. So no idea on how to continue tomorrow to Singapore and on to Bangkok. Might be an interesting journey in getting them again.

Well, there is definitely no more difference in Economy between Swiss and EasyJet. Oh wait there is... A small bottle of water and Swiss is more expensive.
So if there is a low cost airline on the route you are flying, simply go by the ticket price.
No inflight entertainment system. The map was shown on the small screens throughout the flight as well as some advertisement film.
In addition some documentaries were shown.
No WiFi available..
All in all, a flight which brought us from A to B. Nothing else and nothing more.
No more difference to a low cost carrier.
Our recommendation, simply choose the cheapest provider on that specific route.
