On the Ground:
We checked in on the the web the day before and because there are no more covid measures in Sweden the boarding passes were sent right away. As we are traveling for a weekend get away we had
no bags to be checked in.
We were running super late this morning. Scheduled departure time at 6:50 with boarding at 6:30.
At 6:20 we entered the parking lot at the airport.
The Security Check once again was simply awesome. No queues at all and enough lanes open. You could basically just walk through.
Staff was very friendly and efficient.
As we were late we skipped the lounge and went right away to the gate.
We. Arrived the gate at 6:35. From Parking lot to gate during rush hour in 15 minutes. Something like this is only possible at Zurich Airport.
Staff at the gate was super friendly and even took to the time to chat with us.
At the aircraft door we were greeted by the senior cabin crew member (Maitre de Cabine) and another crew member who distributed disinfecting wipes. The crew was super present and friendly
whilst boarding.
The crew passed with water bottles and refreshing towels as a welcome drink.
(champagne or Flauder) and distributed the menu cards for dinner and breakfast.
They were also able to take the order prior to departure.
Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seats remain empty.
After take off, a hot breakfast choice was served. The meal was super delicious and the food presentation looked really good.
The tray consisted of a hot meal (omelets or scrambled eggs), BirchermΓΌesli, fresh fruits, cheese, bread and croissants, butter and jam.
The crew passed several times with drinks and top ups during the service and were also super present during the flight.
The cabin crew was simply awesome.
They interacted with the passengers, had smalltalks and really made sure everyone was well.
They performed their duties with care and class and went the extra mile for each passenger.
The Swiss Arbus 320 family is equipped with an inflight entertainment system which consists of screens above every third seat row. They showed some cartoons as well as the most famous film in
Aviation: "the mapβ.
No WiFi available on this flight.
All in all a fantastic flight with Swiss. We absolutely enjoyed their service.
