On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and had no bags to be checked.
No queue at the security checkpoint.

 

The Swiss Lounge in Terminal A is after its renovation (for me) one of the best short haul lounges in Europe. The choice of food and drinks is good

 

Gate staff was ok but nothing special or friendly.

 

On board, once we were on, the cabin crew was super welcoming and friendly. Flight Attendants were in the cabin and greeted the passengers and were helpful.

 

Inflight:
The seats and legrest are good. The regular 3/3 seating configuration. The middle seat in Business class is kept free.

 

After take off a small cold snack was served together with a drink service.
The flight attendant working in business class was top and did an amazing service. He was super attentive and friendly.

 

As an inflight entertainment system the map and the advertisement film was shown on the screens.
No WiFi available.

 

All in all, a really good flight with Swiss.
