On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and we had no bags to be checked. I was surprised that online check in was available again and that the boarding passes were sent to our mobiles.
We were traveling during the morning departure peak hour, but once we arrived at the airport it took us 6 minutes from entering the airport building until we were in front of the lounge.
There were no queues at the boarding pass control and no queues at the security checkpoint.
Woww, thank you ZΓΌrich Airport for providing such a great service. It showed once more that Zurich Airport is playing in the top leagues of International Airports.
The Swiss Lounge in Terminal A was open and currently they combine the business class lounge with the senator lounge.
For us, the Swiss lounges are one of the best short haul lounges in Europe. The Lufthansa Lounges are far far behind the level of Swiss.
Food and Beverage service is back to normal (except no self-service). The choice of food and drinks was great and nice items were available for breakfast.
Gate staff was nice and friendly. The boarding started a few minutes ahead of the indicated time and priority boarding was conducted.
On board, once we were on, the cabin crew was super welcoming and friendly. Flight Attendants were in the cabin and greeted the passengers and were helpful.
Water bottles and refreshing towels were handed out after boarding.

Inflight:
The seats are very comfortable and have great legroom. The Airbus A220 is configured with a 2/3 seating configuration where the middle seat remains empty on the side with 3 seats and on the side with 2 seats only one will be occupied. This is the normal European Business Class almost all carriers are offering.
After take off, breakfast was served followed by drinks.
The food was super delicious and fresh and the quantity was definitely sufficient for a 1hour flight.
The Cabin Crew was simply woww and amazing. She did everything with care and class, was super friendly and efficient. It was an absolute amazing experience and a big pleasure to experience such a fantastic inflight service.
You could feel her love and passion for her job.
No inflight entertainment. The map was shown on the small screens throughout the flight.
No WiFi available.
All in all a fantastic flight with Swiss and it showed once more that the crew can make a big impact on the flight.
Great service and we would recommend Swiss in Business Class for future travels.
