On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and we had no bags to be checked. So check in was done I a second.
We were traveling during the morning departure peak hour, but once we arrived at the airport it took us less than 10 minutes from entering the airport building until we were in front of the
lounge.
There were no queues at the boarding pass control and a minimal queue at the security checkpoint.
It showed once more why Zurich Airport won again best airport in Europe.
Before heading to the gate we did head to the Lounge in Terminal A. Swiss lounges are one of the best short haul lounges in Europe.
Food and Beverage service is back to normal. The choice of food and drinks was great. Delicious cold items as well as hot egg dishes were available for breakfast.
Gate staff was super unfriendly. The agents were not even able to open their mouth to greet back the customers who said good morning. Chatting with each other was way more
important.
On board, once we were on, the cabin crew was super welcoming and friendly. Flight Attendants were in the cabin and greeted the passengers and were helpful.
Water bottles and refreshing towels were handed out after boarding.
Inflight:
The seats are very comfortable and have great legroom. The Airbus A320 is configured with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seat remains empty. This is the normal European Business
Class almost all carriers are offering.
After take off, breakfast was served followed by drinks.
The food was super delicious and fresh and the quantity was definitely sufficient for a 1 hour flight.
The Cabin Crew was super welcoming and amazing. They did everything with care and class, were super friendly and efficient.
No inflight entertainment. The map was shown on the small screens throughout the flight.
No WiFi available.
All in all another great flight with Swiss and it showed once more that the crew can make a big impact on the flight.
Great service and we would recommend Swiss in Business Class for future travels.
